Yet to be determined but statements from MS indicates a similar price structure to XP. The catch is that there are several new sku's so it is hard to guess those.

It will cost what you're accustomed paying for. Student and teacher editions is replaced by Vista Home Edition. Office has various product pricing. I didn't understood what he said about Windows Live.
